It has been a busy few weeks. After a week of vacation it was time to get ready for vacation bible school which means i was busy helping decorate. I did find time to play with some friends and did spend a little time at home. Caroline came running in the house one morning and said i needed to go outside. As I got outside I saw one doe and 6 fawns ( I thought it must be the babysitter). Then they started walking from our backyard to our side yard, so Caroline and I went to the front yard to get to the side yard to see them... that is when we spotted 2 more fawns and 1 more doe... that is right 2does and 8 fawns in our yard.... so i went inside to get the camera... Caroline had scared some away, but I did get a pic of one of the does with 4 fawns nursing (I am sure she was the wet nurse). The fawns are growing fast!
During the week of
VBS, Hannah came all week so she could go with us. The girls tried to match as much as they could all week long, from clothes to bows.
Eli and Elizabeth went to
VBS the first day.... it was a bit crazy so they stayed home the rest of the time with Grandma and Grandpa (thank you, thank you). I felt like I did not see them much and missed them like crazy! Here they are talking to each other on the couch...
