Yesterday as I met the kids getting off the bus and we were walking to the house, Caroline spotted two new babies.... Elsa had two babies. We moved them to the birthing area instead of under a tree. That was a big chore. This is a first time mama and she did not follow her babies so trying to get her in there with her babies took lots of team work from the whole family!
This morning as Greg went to check on how everyone was doing, he quickly discovered one goat not doing well. I wont give all the details but our little Crystal had been trying to deliver her baby but it was stuck. Needless to say that baby did not make it and we are not sure Crystal will either. Caroline was pretty sad this morning before school. Not the best way to start our day.
