Last week we went for a little walk while Caroline was at school and it was nice outside. Here are the little ones after our walk. I think they enjoyed it outside as much as I did.
This weekend after Greg got home we spent some time outside cleaning and putting stuff together. Eli and Elizabeth had a great time just sitting outside enjoying the nice weather and watching what all was going on...
as in the trampoline is up again and Caroline (with her friend
Venesha) had a great time jumping. Caroline has been asking for the trampoline for awhile but we wanted to wait until the fall to put it up so she could have a whole year without it. She had gotten to the point of not ever wanting to jump on it so all it did was catch our leaves and pecans! I think she will enjoy it now that Eli and Elizabeth will be able to get in there some too (once the netting is on of course).
We had a tough time with our garden this year. We did not have much grow at all. We did finally get a watermelon though.... isn't it cute:)

That is the best watermelon ever! Reminds me of some of the carrots we grew in S'ville. They wouldn't even classify as "baby carrots"! More like NICU carrots!
Thanks for the pictures. I can hardly wait to get my hands on the real, living things. I see that we couldn't survive on what comes from your garden if we needed to. Love Gma
