It has been a busy time here and I have not posted pics in awhile so I am a bit behind. Here is a pic of the kids wrestling on Sunday morning before church. They had a great time... or at least Caroline did.
Our church has a neat ministry where they make a quilt for a person or family who is in need of prayers. It is called prayers and squares. Our family was nominated to receive one of these quilts after losing Natalie and knowing that we might be getting Eli and Elizabeth. So the quilt was made then placed in the church for people to come pray for our family and then tie a knot. We now have this beautiful quilt that shows us how many people prayed for us.
Then all the
grandkids had their picture taken with my parents.
Monday we went to the zoo for our last time for awhile. We saw the rhino up close as he ate his hay....
We saw the young male lion chewing on a bone...
We also got to see the kangaroo's again and Caroline had her picture taken with one... We did ride on the carousel, play in the playground, run through the water, and ride the train... All of which are
Caroline's favorite things to do at the zoo!
I forgot we also go to see the penguins' swimming. It was hard to take a good pic of them with my camera but one did a great job posing for me... it just did not turn out very well.
