Greg and I have the opportunity to take a mini-vacation. I say mini because Greg has to actually work while I vacation. Below is a picture of the Snake River. It is taken on our drive out to the Grand Tetons but it also is located right behind our hotel in Idaho Falls. 
Greg and I hiked at Jenny Lake below the Grand Tetons. You can see them in the background. It was a good workout to hike halfway around the lake to see the hidden waterfall. We even got to see a beaver on our hike. It was about 6 feet off the trail. 
I love the powerful sounds of a waterfall so instead of just putting a still picture here I decided to put a little video clip of the waterfall. Hope it helps you imagine this beautiful waterfall a little bit better.

fire went through this part but you can also see the new trees growing up below.
