Easter Sunday

It was a busy morning. With a late night the night before, we had to wake the kids up, check out Easter baskets super fast...

play with the light sabers, then dress quickly to be at church by 8am!!! Somehow we managed to do all that this morning. 

 Then after church we headed to Granna and Popa's house to celebrate Easter...

 It would not be Easter there unless we had some good egg hunts....so we had a small egg hunt for baby Cass (whose not a baby any more but a toddler now)... although Eli and Lizzy thought he needed some help finding the eggs... but then they would empty the eggs they collected so Cass could come by and pick them up.

 Now time for the bigger kids to do some actual hunting for the eggs!! Of course Cass is there to help them.

It is not Easter in Texas if we do not get some pictures taken with the Bluebonnets!!! 

Activities

Eli had his first baseball game on Thursday night. 

 He is up to bat... he said he every part of the game was his favorite. He liked hitting the ball and running the bases and playing in the field!

 Today was Easter egg hunts... we went to our local church and the kids had a great time with all the activities they had there.

 Caroline is off and running... there were tons of eggs all over this field as far as you can see...

 She had the most eggs in her basket by far out of all our kids.

There was a bunny there too that you could have your picture taken with.... but only Eli wanted his picture taken and he wanted it with one of his friends... that friends mom took the picture and I don't have a copy yet...Overall it was a busy but fun morning... we actually were there for 3 hrs... they had lunch, cakewalks, jump house, door prizes... all kinds of things to keep the kids busy!

Busy Sunday

We were on the road again back to Dallas on Sunday. Eli entertained himself with his dinosaur... hanging from the a/c vent in the car.

 Eli is SUPER excited... he finally has someone to play with him. We celebrated cousin Cass's birthday. We bought him a plasma car that our kids absolutely love. Cass and Eli loved riding it together!

 While the boys were riding the plasma car the girls were playing with dress up things.

 Finally, time to celebrate the birthday boy!

Busy Saturday

Competition Saturday started early with an 8am start time! First up is trampoline....

 1st place!!

 Next up is the double mini....

 Add some silly faces in the mix...

 then tumbling....

 1st place!! 

 That's right...3 first place medals.... plus.......

Elizabeth had the top score in double mini in her level out of all ages of kids in her level!!

After competition we had lunch with my brother and niece... and I forgot to take any pictures there.

Then off to a baby shower for Greg's sister!!

During the baby shower Greg and Eli had some guy time.... it was too much for the little ones... this was the ride home...

Basketball Season Is OVER!!!!

As you see Eli is paying attention to his team playing ball.... or he is playing with the girls ponytail who is sitting behind him!!

 He does throw the ball in but..

 then his next time on the bench he and his friend from another team find a phone on the table and decide to start playing with it!
